On the palate, the wine displays excellent flavor with balanced acidity and well-integrated alcohol, complemented by a floral bouquet with hints of yellow berries. It pairs beautifully with seafood, light pasta dishes, and white meats, making it a versatile and approachable wine for everyday enjoyment.

Vinification:

The Centenus Tenus IGT Campania Falanghina is crafted from 95% Falanghina grapes, complemented by 5% Greco di Tufo and Fiano di Avellino, grown on well-drained soils and trained using the Guyot system. The grapes are carefully hand-harvested and fermented in stainless steel barrels at a controlled temperature of 6–8 °C, a method that preserves the wine’s fresh, delicate aromas and vibrant character.
